Easy Chicken Tortilla Soup - Sylvia Brindley



1 can condensed chicken and rice soup ( 10 1/2 oz)

1 1/3 cups water

1 cup salsa

1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained

1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup frozen corn

1 cup diced cooked chicken

1 tsp ground cumin

Crushed tortilla chips, shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream.

In a large saucepan, combine the first eights ingredients. Cook over medium-high heat for 5-7 min. or until heated through. Serve with tortilla chips, cheese and sour cream. Yield 5 servings.

I made this a few weeks ago and got the recipe from Taste of Home Simple and Delicious. My family really liked it, I also took a bowl down to my mother in law and she thought it was good too! I love this recipe cause its easy , pretty healthy, and good!
